Product may not
be returned without prior authorization. Returns of unopened computers, notebooks,
scanners and printers will be charged a 15% restocking fee and must be received by OverSea
Network within 15 days or purchase. Other unopened products may be returned to OverSea
Network for a full credit, excluding shipping charges, within 30 days of purchase; opened
products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Where a specific return period is indicated,
no returns will be accepted beyond that period. No refunds can be made after 30 days.
International orders
may be exchanged only when defective.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges and risk of loss on all
return shipments. OverSea Network highly recommends using a reputable shipping carrier
capable of providing proof of delivery, as well as properly packing and fully insuring
your return shipment. |
